Sometimes when we think in our own head we have these outrageous expectations. Today’s workout I am talk about overcoming barriers underarm training.

The barriers that we set in our own mind are there because we put them there. It’s kind of like painting a picture of a monster and hanging it up on the wall.

Then being afraid of that monster, when in all reality YOU created that monster…

All you have to do is take that picture of the monster off the wall.

Take that picture down…

Do yourself a HUGE favor and take that picture down.

That’s what today’s WOD does for you.

Overcoming Barriers Underarm TrainingMy offer is for you to take that picture down. Remove some of those barriers and be yourself.

Think you can and you can…

Think you can’t and you can’t…

Either way you’re right.

What can do every day that will help you overcome the barriers?

Each day you want to be fully aware of your self talk. Every day, say to yourself…

I can.

I will.

I can.

I will.

You could even go as far as saying the eight words that I use every day…

I am…

I can…

I will…

I believe…

I tell myself this everyday I say…

I am Jed Kobernusz.

I can do everything that I say and write.

I will hold my words as truth in law.

I believe.

Overcoming barriers in life is not easy, so you have to unlearn what you have already learned.

To overcome barriers in life starts from within. Each and every day I post these workouts in hopes that somebody will go from 1 to 365.

Now, will it be perfect? No.

But, there are 365 chances to improve your health…

To believe in yourself again…

And to actually make some permanent changes within your lifestyle.

If you haven’t changed anything and you’re expecting different results that is the definition of Insanity.

So again I offer for you today something to DO…

Something to TRY…

Something to GIVE…

Give this one a shot. That is what WOD number 74 is all about.

Overcoming barriers underarm training. The reason I left the “WITH” out as it really should say Overcome Barriers WITH Underarm Training is because it gets you to think.

It gets you to think why are you only including a certain amount of words. That’s what it’s about, is to make you think.

My Approach is different…

My Approach is not to give you all the answers. As a coach I want to give everybody the ability to think for yourself. YOU have the answers.

Overcoming barriers in life is not easy…

I coach people to overcome barriers in life. I have been working on so much, with intentional focus, for the last 2 years and with that comes a massive amount of shifting internally.

So how do you relate this to everyday?

Well, you go to your annual physical…

You go to the doctor…

They give you advice on what to do next. If you haven’t changed anything and you go back and expect different results, then what do you think is going to happen?

Insanity… Right?

What are you willing to change today?

What are you willing to do today?

Again, I post these workouts every day in hopes to have somebody just go from one to 365 because then you will probably have some kind of routine right I understand that in this world nothing is perfect.

I don’t want to work with those who are looking for 21 days this and 30 days that and heck even six months. If that is you, then I’m not your person. I’m not the coach for you.

So today I challenge you with WOD #74 to just keep cranking through the Reps.

Keep cranking through the reps…

Also be very aware of pain and what kind of pain you’re going through…

Because joint pain is no good. If you are experiencing joint pain, STOP right where you are, evaluate your technique and watch the video below.

If it’s muscle soreness or muscle pain then keep cranking because your mind will tell you IT’S TOO HARD but your body will say YES GIVE ME MORE.

YOU get to choose what kind of lifestyle you live…

Are you going to listen to your MIND and STOP?

OR

Are you going to listen to your BODY and give IT more?

So here it is…

WOD #74 Overcoming Barriers Underarm Training

  • 5 minutes March In Place
  • Beginners- 50 Dips
  • Advanced- 100 Dips
  • Then another 5 minutes March In Place
  • You can do rounds of 10 or 20…
  • Or whatever you feel is good for you…

Just GET IT DONE!! 🙂
