When you have SO much going on and the state of overwhelm comes along what do you do? My intuition tells me you do nothing. And in today’s day and age the now generation moving forward.

Because the now generation IS moving forward we have to be careful of getting too impatient.

In the song Now Generation by The Black Eyed Peas, it’s said perfect…

And I just can’t wait
I need it immediately
And I just can’t wait
I want it immediately
Cause time can’t wait and
I sure can’t wait
I ain’t got no patience
I sure can’t wait

Wanting something now is ok, but as a society of instant gratification we have lost touch with the romance of the climb.

That’s where I have made the MOST pact, internally as well as externally. As a result in this waiting, people have come out of the wood works to see why I’m so happy all the time.

This WOD will help you NOW and later. Because in the short run you will benefit from the effects of the movements you will learn. The long term effects will be more impact on your physical and mental health as well as the ability to believe in yourself.


Wanting something now doesn’t hurt you, but when you are on the state of overwhelm people generally stop what they’re doing and give up. Don’t put yourself through that kind of torture.

WOD #173 Now Generation Moving Forward

1-6 Rounds

Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio

Reps: 30 Total For Each Movement

  • Plank Hip Dips
  • Bridge Opposite Arm and Leg Raise
  • Cross Leg Diagonal Crunches
  • Standing Squat Side Crunch

Cool Down – Down Dog Pose with 5 Deep Breaths
