Food and diet are always on the minds of people who are looking to lose weight. Understanding that there is no diet just lifestyle choices makes life way more fun. This mindset coaching article is about to blow your current mindset.

If you haven’t figured it out yet I don’t give people meals plans or tell them what foods not to eat. Why? Because I don’t follow meal plans and I sure as hell don’t hold back on the pizza, cake, and ice cream. Confidence plays a massive role in helping people. For me, there is no diet just lifestyle. It’s being 100% ok with right where you’re at with yourself in this very moment.

Being surrounded and having perfection pounded down our throats is sickening. Six pack abs this and sexy booty that. Get back that pre-baby weight and beach-ready body…

What a load of shit.

Less than 1% of people will actually do the work to be 4-6% body fat. Hell, at this very moment as I sit here and hammer this mindset coaching article out, I’m not even 6% body fat. However, I’m happy. That’s the major difference between me and all of the other people who claim to have the best service, product or seminars. Therefore authenticity is where I shine.

Confidence and audacity are what fuel my coaching. There is no diet out there to follow. It’s just lifestyle choices. For every choice, you have an action and reaction. Because it’s a ripple effect that compounds onto itself the choices you make in your life will be affected dramatically. Choosing to become someone different is painful, tiresome and totally worth it. Only if you’re not currently 100% happy with yourself right now.

Switching circumstances in order to push yourself towards your dreams is necessary. Meanwhile, people spend a lifetime waiting for something to miraculously happen to them. Have you ever heard of the lottery? Wink wink.

There isn’t a magic word, card, trick, game, or even pull that will help you. There’s simply you. You are your own problem and your own solution. You are enough. Say that over and over until you’re blue in the face.

I Am Enough.

Repeat.

I Am Enough.

As soon as you start to doubt that say this…

I Am Enough And I Love That.

Love makes everything possible. No diet just lifestyle. It’s that simple. Because we face so many people, places and things that trigger negative emotional charges we start to lose sight of what matters most. Happiness and joy. What makes you happy? What makes you joyful?

Do more of that and forget about the rest. You don’t have to do anything today. You’re simply choosing to do it. Change that mindset to you GET to do “it”. Whatever “it” is will change your mindset. Especially about your diet. Figuring out your diet requires self-awareness and patience with yourself.

The word diet is simply a way to say “this is what food I eat.” It gets lost in translation when a person says I’m gonna go ON a diet. Forget the on and off of a diet. No diet just lifestyle. Choose the lifestyle that makes you the happiest and run with it. Get your WOD done and then choose happiness.
