New Years Will Come And Go Looking for motivation at the beginning of the year will lead you to the same result. New Years will come and go like the sun and the moon. Waiting until January 1st to start fresh is not a great way to change.

Too many people think that within a 24 hour period every will be different. If there’s one thing that I know as a coach and exercise physiologist it’s that change doesn’t happen overnight. Due to massive marketing by the masses we’ve been brain washed to think that the new year will bring us everything we’ve ever wanted.

No matter what time if the year, change will never be a quick thing.

Bring in the new year right by starting in October. Because then by the time you begin the holiday season you will already have a solid foundation. Because you’ve worked so hard you won’t have as many temptations toward the sugary treats or salty snacks.

New Years will come and go but the guilt of overeating and drinking won’t wear off for a few days. Do yourself a big favor and treat New Year’s Eve like any other day of the week and/or year. It comes down to your self-awareness. Why do you think and feel that a new year will bring anything different for you?

Have you been doing the work to invite new experiences into your current awareness? Aka life?

If not hit me up at [email protected] and let me coach you. I’ll be there everyday ready and willing. You will be too. As a result of your efforts and my coaching you’ll find that you are the solution to everything. On the other side of change is experience. As a result you’ll be loving the experience is what life is all about.

Just because New Years will come and go doesn’t mean anything. Therefore, you get to choose whether the up coming year will be your best or worst. You have way more control than you think. Let me help you open your eyes to that control.

The best part of doing the work is the work. Each and every day you will grow closer to loving your current self and love creating your new self. Therefore doing work becomes the fun part. Loving your life doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice anything.

Sacrifice is only a perspective. Priorities change with increased love for life. It’s because the closer you are to expressing your inner self in your outer world, the closer you are to true happiness. And because I’ve been where you are now I literally have that very perspective. I’ve stored it in my soap as wisdom and can teach you the tools/experiences that I’ve used to create my current mindset.

With each WOD completed you become more of the person you were meant to be. Sounds corny and cliche, but it’s true. New Years will come and go no matter what you do to prolong it. Because preparation is the key to the best year of your life. It’s now time for you to prepare yourself for today’s WOD.

Thank you for being here and allowing me to be on your Journey with you. Your attention means the world to me.
