Music Changes Our Lives ForeverNo matter what mood you’re in good or bad music changes our lives forever. This mindset coaching article will act just like music and do the same. At least that’s my intention. There’s something to be said about a legendary song that people will about for decades to come.

Why do you think people still remember The Beatles? Is it because they were trendsetters? Or better yet, was it that they went against the grain of society?

My take on it is that when they sang they brought all they had into their performances. They were being their true selves. Above all, they didn’t care who judged them because they felt loved on the inside first. Their music changes our lives forever when talking about vibrations.

If you’re in a bad mood and a Beatles song comes in, the bad vibration becomes good. It doesn’t necessarily have to be the Beatles. It can be whatever song/singer/group you want it to be. That’s the best part. Because you get to choose your level of happiness with music. That’s how music changes lives forever. Because we let it.

Each time I create more WODs I feel innovative and inspired because I’m bringing my true self to the surface and moving in a way that nobody else is. Above all, working from the inside out allows you to be free. Forget about the vanity and work on your legacy. What are you contributing to the world? That’s what I ask myself every day.

It’s fun and invigorating to feel like you’re helping people. Most of all though, you’re helping yourself. As I am helping myself by going through the WODs as I create them to make sure that’s the outcome I was looking for. So get your WOD done with some fun music and let the music and the WOD change your life forever.

1-6 Rounds
Warm Up- 5 Minutes Cardio

  • Leg Circles – 40-50 Reps Forward and Backward
  • Step Throughs – 20-30 Reps Total
  • Burpees – 10-20 Reps
  • Duck Unders – 30-40 Reps

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Each Pose – Down Dog, Child’s Pose, Up Dog Pose, Down Dog Pose
