There are studies out there that suggest for every consistent exercise session you do, your motor cortex function goes up…

Meaning your ability to learn is drastically increased.

Doing these WODs can not only help YOU, but children too…

  • Wood Chops- 40 Reps
  • Plank Taps- 40 Reps
  • Side Plank Pulse- 20 Reps Per Side
