In today’s world we are moving less and being still more. Our bodies were meant to move. That’s why I created a way for more movement and less stillness with WOD #161

Consequently this WOD is more like restorative exercise than anything else. Therefore you might feel a little better about yourself too.

Because feeling better is a side effect of exercise and movement people don’t put it in the forefront of WHY they are consistent.

Well, at least not at first.

In fact it takes at LEAST 21 days to break free of ANY habit, good or bad, that’s created.

If you’ve been doing these WODs since WOD #1, then I bet you’re feeling pretty dang good about yourself.


When you’re feeling not so great about life simply get up and move. Wheather that’s doing these WODs that I create or going for a walk. Movement creates happiness.

So let’s get happy!

Here We Go!

WOD #161 More Movement Less Stillness

Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio

1 – 6 Rounds

Reps: 10 – 20

  • Hovering Hip Rotation
  • Knee To Elbow
  • Dips
  • Reverse Fly
  • Sit Down / Stand Up

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog / Child’s Pose
