Workout OF The Day #43
Modest Standing To Lying Workout
Today’s WOD is VERY simple. It’s SO simple you may think I am a little nuts! HAHAHAHA
I might be, but sometimes you don’t need a barbell workout routine to give yourself an AWESOME workout.
Here are even crossfit barbell workouts out there, but this is even more simplified than some of those WODs.
This is a total body WOD. When you see from the video, it’s SO simple it seems silly!
So let’s get to the silliness!
WOD #43 Modest Standing to Lying Workout
12 Rounds For Time…
Meaning how fast can you get this done…
- 10 reps- get down to the floor and get back up
- 10 reps- sit down on a chair and stand up
I know it may seem weird…
BUT…
Give it a shot…
I felt AWESOME when I was done…
How fast did you do it in?
