If there are body parts most people would fix it would be their midsections and love handles. Today’s Midsection Love Handle FatBurn workout my seem a little unorthodox, but you WILL burn fat and FEEL great!
Love handle exercises don’t necessarily have to “work” the love handles. The cold hard truth is that you can NOT spot train your body. Don’t you think if there were EXACT movements or workouts to get rid of your love handles fast I would give it away?
The answer is YES!
But the truth is there isn’t ANYTHING, except a four letter word that EVERYONE HATES to hear…

It takes TIME…
A few things contribute to the love handles. Many people ask me…
What causes love handles?
Well, the most obvious answer is the lack of movement AKA inactivity. Another is not eating enough. One more is eating too much. The least obvious is TIME, Consistency and commitment.
Those three words Time, Consistency and commitment SCARE people SO much!
But, that’s ok.
If you want something bad enough you WILL make time for it.
So let’s get to it!
