Suffering from pain in your middle back? Maybe even numbness and tingling? Today’s focus is middle back pain relief. Middle back pain causes all sorts of problems.

If you have ever popped out a rib or had a herniated disc, then you KNOW what I’m talking about. If not consider yourself lucky!

Middle back pain treatment if severe enough can be surgery, but physical therapy can be the better option. Be sure to check with your doctor before starting ANY new exercise program.

But today’s WOD WILL help your middle back pain relief. It includes stretches AND exercises for that relief.

Have fun and let’s get to it!
