Middle back pain treatment if severe enough can be surgery, but physical therapy can be the better option. Be sure to check with your doctor before starting ANY new exercise program.

- Lunge Curl – Reps: 20, 12, 10
- Reverse Fly – Reps: 20, 12, 10
- Front Squat – Reps: 20, 12, 10
- Cobras – Reps: 20, 15, 10
