Middle Back Pain Home RemediesNarrowing down the exact reason you feel middle and upper back pain may be a bit difficult, but don’t fret today’s WOD is one of many middle back pain home remedies that will be provided in this post. Because it’s been there for so long it may be a bit difficult to differentiate between acute and/or chronic back pain.

Before we get to those home remedies for back pain let’s look at why a person would have upper and middle back pain.

Reasons For Upper Or Middle Back Pain

Muscle Strain or Sprain in Specific Back Muscle – The likely hood of a person moving in a certain way or a sudden movement may have caused that muscle to strain. Carrying something too heavy may have strained your back muscles too, but either way no matter what the culprit is to the strain in your back muscle, it can become very uncomfortable. (This I know all too well because I used poor body mechanics when I was in my late teens and early twenties)

Poor Posture – When we let our core get weak our posture will follow. Standing up straight takes a conscious effort at first, but after a while, your core gains strength and this is one of the greatest middle back pain home remedies that can be fixed. Just know that core doesn’t stop at the front (aka belly), it also includes your back and

Slipped Disc – This is where the disc is pressing on the nerves closest to the disc, therefore causing pain in that area. A slipped disc can also be called a herniated disc and is the cause of the pain depending on what area of the disc is herniated.

Wrong Exercises – Most people go to YouTube or Google only once and click on the highest ranked outcomes to find a solution. In all reality, those might not be the best ones because wrong exercises can fire the wrong muscles. You might be straining the affected area even more by working the wrong muscles.

Excess Exercise – Ever heard of the saying “Too Much Of A Good Thing”? Well in the case of upper or middle back pain you can have too much of a good thing. Excess Exercise can damage the muscles with no time to repair. Hence why working the same muscle groups two days in a row are not recommended.

Today’s WOD will cover middle back pain relief exercises and if you’re looking for another WOD for two days from now, go to WOD #129.

In conclusion to Middle Back Pain Home Remedies. Let pain be your guide and become familiar with what kind of pain you’re having. Also be aware of what sources you’re using to solve the problem.
