Today’s WOD we are going to mentally rehearse movements 4 success by moving in way that will help both physically and mentally.

In our “busy” lives of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat and other social media sites we get caught up in them WAY too much. Therefore we THINK we don’t ha e time for movement.

That’s why today you will mentally rehearse movements 4 success and as a result you will not feel SO bogged down from your external environment.

It doesn’t take much time either. Wouldn’t you rather spend 15-20 minutes doing Today’s WOD versus going to the gym, which takes an hour AT the gym PLUS twenty minutes before AND after to get there and get home.

Yeah, me too…

To conclude today’s topic…

Rehearse these moments in your head a few times a day so that when it comes times to do them your body won’t seem as surprised to get it done.

So let’s get to it…

WOD #145 Mentally Rehearse Movements 4 Success

Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio

  • Reverse Squat – 10 reps
  • Bent Row – 20 reps
  • Skier Jumps – 30 reps
  • Bridges – 40 reps
  • Batman’s – 50 reps

Cool Down – 5 deep breathes in down dog / child’s pose
