What’s the point of thinking about the future if you have no recollection of your past? Today’s workout of the day is all about marching toward future awareness.
Awareness is something that you can’t just all of the sudden acquire. We have to constantly be working on our surroundings, our movement, our intake of food, our intake of information, output of energy, output of information and everything in between.
Basically when it comes down to being more aware it takes a certain level of practice each and every day to get to a future awareness. Marching toward future awareness is something that not many people are willing or even want to do.
So my offer for you today is to really think about what’s going on in your life that makes you heavy or contracted and think about what is going on in your life that makes you feel light or expanded.
The challenge of getting rid of the heavy things or people that make you FEEL heavy in your life is just that, it’s a challenge. Once you get rid of the heavy things/people around you then you can focus on the light…
Then You Can Expand
Today’s workout may not be the most entertaining or crazy movement or challenging or anything in between all of that, but it will help you march toward future awareness for your mind, your body and spirit. Sometimes I think we over complicate a lot of our exercise routines and we need to get back to the basics.
So bear with me with the video below because the kids definitely made it a little difficult to get you the information that you need, but at the same time it was pretty entertaining and fun to make. Really when it comes down to the workout of the day it’s really REALLY simple.
It’s just a matter of you TAKING the time to do it or it may be you MAKING the time to do it.
Even if you have to break it up in certain parts of the day, that is a big deal. Interrupting your patterns enough to get it done…
Because that’s all that matters is just getting it done.

- There is SO much benefit to doing JUST that…
- Like what?
- Well you increase your oxygen consumption…
- Which increases your metabolism…
- The you burn FAT!!
