Do you have high anxiety? We ALL do every now and again. Therefore I created WOD #139 to help you lower anxiety levels faster.
In today’s video the sound quality is NOT great because of the wind. LOL. Sorry about that.
But you will learn how to lower anxiety levels naturally. Basically you’ll send yourself INTO an anxiety attack. As a result you will be IN CONTROL of when you STOP being anxious.
Learning calming methods for anxiety takes practice, therefore that’s why I created this WOD. Fast anxiety relief is the end result.
Some of my clients have asked how to feel better with anxiety and this IS the WOD for it.
So I conclude with this…

WOD #139 Lower Anxiety Levels Faster
Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
- Do as many Burpees or Full Body Extensions as you can for “One Session”
- One session can be for 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes
- Keep Track of how many reps you did total and comment below.
