KnockOut Those Flabby ArmsHere is another sweet way to Knockout Those Flabby Arms! Sometimes when we are looking for the perfect flabby arms exercise we can get a little overwhelmed. Well with today’s WOD you don’t have to look any further.

Have you ever thought of betting flabby arms surgery? If you have… STOP!!

That is SO not the answer. It would be cool to just magically have the flab go away, but let’s play that one out…

You have the surgery. Then what? Have you made ANY other changes to your daily “patterns”?

If you haven’t, then ALL of that flab you just PAID to have removed is going to come back and I’m guessing that there will be MORE then there was before because now you are even MORE depressed with the way you look and feel.

The other idea I hear about a lot is arm wraps for flabby arms. Do you REALLY think that the LONG-TERM and PERMANENT changes in the form of something you wrap yourself in?

I hope you said no. If you didn’t then I think you need to stop reading and un-follow me because there is nothing more I can offer you until all of the above makes sense to you.

With today’s WOD I will show you how to tighten flabby arms and get you out of the mind set of finding a way or some quick fixes like “flabby arms cover up”…

Some of my clients ask me this question:

Can Flabby Arms Be Toned?

They sure can be!

We ALL have “tissue” hanging from our under arms…

It just depends on what KIND of tissue…

Do you have muscle there? Or is it fat? OR both?

How do you get the fat to come off that specific area?

YOU CAN’T!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you can only strengthen the muscle UNDER that fat. THAT is the point. When you have MORE muscle your bodies abilities to burn calories go WAY up… Aka “metabolism”…

Ok, so here is today’s WOD:

WOD #49 KnockOut Those Flabby Arms

Reps: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

  • Push-Ups
  • Kneeling Bent Triceps
  • Bicycles

So that means do 10 Push-ups, 10 Kneeling Bent Triceps, 10 Bicycles…

Then do 9 Push-ups, 9 Kneeling Bent Triceps, 9 Bicycles…

Down to 1!!

You CAN do this!!
