Finding time to workout when you have kids can be tough. I have found my kids moving teaching riding and other fun things while I workout.

That’s why I put these WODs together WITH them around.

Then I can have then teaching kids to do the same thing they are doing.

Most of the time my technique is correct, but if I have to modify the exercise to pick one of them up, I will.

Today you will see Samuel (my son) riding on my back while I do the decline Push-Ups. That’s perfectly ok IF you are ready for that. Otherwise simply include your children in on your workout and most importantly…

Have FUN!

So let’s get to it…
