Its All Gotta End
Its all gotta end before anything new can happen. We fear the ending of anything because it means the unknown and unfamiliar is upon us. Because we are all looking for something new and fresh is the very reason why it will never come only until we completely surrender.

You might think I’m talking about life and death. On the shallow end of things I am. However, the depth is where end really gets good. We die many times a day. Now, I know I’ve touched on this before and it might seem like these mindset coaching articles are getting gloomy and dark. Because of the work I’ve done on myself as well as others is the reason I can speak so deep about it.

In other words, empathy runs deep.

Empathy Runs Deep

After completing WOD #352 there are 13 WODs left. Its all gotta end only to begin again. The current story of not working out for a year straight will be over after completing WOD #365 in 365 consecutive days. To many people, that sounds like a massive under taking. Those people aren’t ready to yet and that’s ok. We all show up, only, when we are ready.

Its all gotta end because after it does something new can begin. Being one hundred percent happy with where you’re at right now and expecting nothing to happen means you’ve arrived. The proverbial destination is the fact that you’ve matured in the relationship with yourself. Loving yourself is the most important love you can give AND receive.

That might make you feel uncomfortable and it might suck at first. That’s completely normal. Who am I to say that’s normal? A person who lives and love every day. I am generally nice to everyone. Even if they hate me. I’d rather be the one who is hated than hate someone. It brings me physical pain to hate people.

It hasn’t always been that way. Before truly surrendering to myself and the bigger meaning of life I hated everyone equally. That was not fun. It was just how I was brought up. I love my parents because they gave me everything. The good, the bad and everything in between. The first thing I noticed about myself after the surrender was that life didn’t owe me anything.

Life had to end before it changed. The redundancy of the daily grind also stopped. The best part was when I realized that when I thought everything was falling apart. When in reality everything was coming together. When I stopped procrastinating about finishing all 365 mindset coaching articles and finished them everything came together.

Finally, I made up my mind that its all gotta end before anything else can happen. It was ok that nothing too. I was completely happy with nothing happening. Deep down in my heart I actually wanted it all to end. I didn’t want to train anyone because all it felt like at that moment was a way to make money.

The relationship with money at that moment was jaded because of the outlook that I had. But the surrender turned that all around. Expectations were gone and love for life took over. All of this can and will happen for you when you surrender as well.

Expect nothing and the world is yours. Your life is yours. Let that sink in as you complete your WOD.

Have Fun!
