So many people think they have to do such high impact to make a difference in their weight loss. Well today’s WOD will help you with an intriguing low impact movement that is very effective when it comes to low impact cardio.
Today’s WOD is also a great example of an AWESOME low impact cardio workout video. The sound isn’t very good, but it’s REAL and that is what I am… 🙂
If you don’t like to do body weight exercises you can look into low impact cardio machines.
2 VERY good machines are the elliptical and the seated elliptical. Massive about of value with those 2 machines. They give you the most caloric burn without all the impact on your joints.
I personally like working out at home because it F.R.E.E.
Low impact cardio at home is my specialty. Also, low impact exercises for weight loss is ANOTHER one of my specialties. Today’s WOD is a low impact HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Now I know it says high intensity, but YOU get to CHOOSE your intensity.
I do perform high impact exercises, but I also give modifications FOR those kinds of exercises.
So let’s get to today’s WOD…
