Impactful Inner Outer Thigh Routine

With today’s workout you will see inner and outer thigh exercises that will make you legs feel like gold. I don’t mean solid as gold, but just the feeling that you get when you get something that you don’t get very often.

The inner and out thigh machine isn’t that great compared to what I have put together for you today. In fact you won’t need any equipment at all. That’s what I do best because being a Father and a Husband there isn’t much time to hit the gym. You can do these inner and outer thigh exercises at the gym or at home.

I am all sorts of excited for you to try this WOD. I really hope you like it!

Here it is…

WOD #31 Impactful Inner Out Thigh Routine

  • Tree lean to Side Lunge- 15 reps per side
  • Frog Bend- 15 reps
  • Inner Leg Circles- 20 forward, 20 backward per leg
