Have you ever opened a magazine and wondered… How do I get my legs too look like that?
Or have you ever asked yourself… How do I get celebrity great legs ???
Maybe you ask yourself different questions than I do… Here’s one thing I know for SURE is there are TONS of awesome celebrity leg workouts, but one might think… Where do I start?
And on a side note… Wouldn’t it be cool to figure out hot to get celebrity shiny legs? LOL
I’v always wondered that, not only for women, but the men! It’s crazy that they ALL are so dang SHINY! HAHAHAHAHA!
Well if you are looking for all that, minus the shininess lol, then look no further, because today’s WOD you are going for better legs. AND better LOOKING legs!
Let’s face it, we have all been to the beach and looked around and compared ourselves to other people! All you are looking for is ONE person who you look better than. Well let’s get you to find MANY of them with WOD #25!
I understand it’s NOT about vanity, but are we kidding here! YES IT IS!! LOL We ALL want to feel better about what we look like, what we feel like and what OTHERS see us as. This Workout IS for vanity! This Workout IS for YOU, but it REALLY is for OTHER people to see how DAMN good you look and how FREAKIN hard you have been working to LOOK and BE this way!

WOD #25 How To Get Celebrity Legs
Spider Lunge- 20 reps total
Reverse Lunge- 20 reps total
Reverse Plank Bridge- 10 reps
