Hard Core Midsection RemodelHave you ever been in the middle of a remodel and thought “I am in over my head.” ? Well today’s workout won’t leave you with that feeling. It’s a hard core midsection remodel.

When I think of a remodel I think of the HGTV Channel, but what they don’t ever show you is the fact that they are professionals and they hire everything out. The whole DIY thing is kind of a craze right now.

Now, 50 years ago we didn’t have to think about remodeling our bodies because we were moving all the time. In today’s age of technology we are simply not moving as much.

There are MANY programs, wraps, fad diets and do-hickeys out there. There’s also a TON of “Trainers” put there claiming that THEIR program is better than others. And with those programs all they do is tear others down.

I simply don’t do any of that. Of you want to follow a fad diet, get some wraps and go to those trainers, then be my guest. If there’s one thing I know more then the sun is going to come up tomorrow, is that I meet my clients where they are at.

My purpose as a coach is to empower YOU to remodel yourself. Those shows only show you a snapshot of what REALLY happens. They make it look SO easy. Have you ever tried to do the same project?

Well I have and I can tell you truthfully it NEVER looks the same…

So take that same mentality and put that hard core midsection makeover into a DIY situation. Do you think without any help you would be able to “figure it out”?

If you can and did, then that’s GREAT! I’ll be the first to be right beside you and support whatever it is you are doing.

But, if you can’t then that is where I come in. The daily WODs are set up to help you instill your belief, strengthen your mind body & spirit and create consistency with your movement patterns.

Just like on that show the professionals are made to look just like an ” average Joe”, I ACTUALLY AM am average guy with the education, empathy and experiences to back up my work.

Not saying they aren’t, but I think Hollywood does a pretty good job of telling you that you CAN DIY your way to a brand new old house.

I’m here saying that you may want to be a little more cautious about who you take your advice FR when it comes to health and wellness.

So my offer for you today is a hard core midsection remodel with WOD #80
