How do you test progress? How do you TRULY know if you are getting better? Have you ever heard of a genuine progress movement assessment? My intuition tells me you haven’t. That’s why I’ve created WOD #175.

There are many people out there claiming that they have the EXACT way to either make you feel better or keep you coming back. Well I don’t want either of those. My style of coaching goes against ALL styles. Because I coach the way I do, I’m pretty much putting myself out of business.

As a result of starting at WOD #1 and making it to WOD #175 you now have another tool for your tool bock to test your progress. My goal for each and every person in the Kobernation is to NOT need my sitting right beside you telling you what to do. Therefore I want you to be better than me at EVERYTHING I teach you. I am as genuine as they get. Being this kind of coach not only sets me apart because I teach you how to do this without me, I also give away ALL of the BEST stuff right here with each WOD.

Let’s talk about what I use versus what other people use to assess your progress. It’s a little four letter word that we all want more of and seem to never have enough of…

T – I – M – E

Because of this assessment you not only will have something to base off of, but you also will have a way to improve. There are variables to this, but for the most part you are on your honor as far as progress goes.

You can’t cheat TIME. Well, that’s not entirely true, but you health is like a marriage, if you cheat on it, then it won’t work.

Conclusion

We all want more time to do what we want right? Well with WOD #175 you’ll have a ton more time because in all reality it won’t take you long, IF you’ve been with me since WOD #1. And if you haven’t it’s ok, you can still get going with WOD #175 and keep moving forward!

WOD #175 Genuine Progress Movement Assessment

Warm-Up – 5 Minutes Cardio

4 Rounds for Time

  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Cool Down- 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog
