Today we are gearing up 4 life in preparation for what is about to come. No matter what age you are being prepared is ALWAYS a must.

Think back to when you were a child.

For some of you out there in the Kobernation that might be hard, but they anyways…

You really didnt think much about the future did you. You lived for the moment.
A GREAT example is summer vacation. Didn’t it feel SO long?

As a result of “growing up” we stop living in the moment and become fearful of the future or anything unknown.


Becuase we LET the external world define our thoughts.

We don’t stop and take time for ourselves or gear up for anything.

Consequently that leads us to a life where we live in our past and not our future.

So let’s conclude amd get moving shall we?

It all comes down to this…

Gear up 4 life and start acting like a child. Not in an immature way, but in away of creativity, fun and happiness.

So let’s get to it…

WOD #144 Gearing Up 4 Life

Warm Up – 5 Min. Cardio

1-6 Rounds

Reps : 20-40

  • Plank Drag
  • Burpees / Full Body Extension
  • Lunge / Jump Lunge
  • Squat Press

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog / Child’s Pose
