How To Lose Weight Fast…
Is something everyone THINKS they have to go to the gym to PAY for.
Well today you don’t have to pay for anything, except the time it takes for you to get the WOD done.
Today’s full body fat loss circuit is pretty fund and will help you lose weight fast. Actually I like to say it will help you lose fat and increase your muscle mass.
Weight loss occurs everyday whether you weigh yourself or not. If you were to drink one 16 oz. bottle of water and go weigh yourself. You would weigh approximately one pound heavier. So, don’t get too hung up on the scale and what it says.
Last, but not least, today’s WOD is a workout for fat loss and muscle gain.
So let’s get to it shall we…
WOD #105 Full Body Fat Loss
- Push Ups 15 Reps
- Air Squats 15 Reps
- Sit-Ups 15 Reps
- Burpees 15 Reps
(Click Here To REPLACE Burpees)
Repeat This As Many Rounds As Possible For 15 Minutes!
