The day a person finishes WOD 365 is amazing. Getting a free WOD Finisher shirt comes only to those who do the work. Anyone can do this but most won’t. I’m proud of who I’ve become because of The 365 WOD Journey and everyone who has completed it too. If you’re reading this it means you either have finished all 365 WODs or you’re seeing what these “WODs” are all about.

Either way, welcome to WOD 365. It’s been a long time coming. For me, this journey started in 2014. Hitting record while my children were in the background soaking in all the knowledge I was dropping. Not knowing that this would lead to something bigger, I simply kept on creating WODs and following what my education, experience and body was telling me.

Speed up to this day right here. As you’re reading this it is December 20th 2019. It’s taken a little over 4 years to create The 365 WOD Journey. Maybe I’ll call it something different or maybe not. It’s been an amazing ride though.

Complete the Post-Test. Then let me know every single time you complete the next WOD. Start with WOD #1. You get to choose how many round you do each day. Go for as many days a week as you can. Remember, consistency is > than intensity. You Got This!

Warm-Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
4 Rounds for Time

  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Cool Down- 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog

Complete the Post-Test. Then share each WOD mindset Coaching article to Facebook or your social media platform of choice. Tag me and let me know you got it done. Again, you can choose how many rounds you do. The only caveat is it has to be every single day for a consecutive year.  Consistency is > than intensity. Once you complete all 365 WODs you’ll be different because of the consistency. I promise you that. You Got This!

What’s next after that?

Many people who complete The 365 WOD Journey simply start over. They do it agin because there is nothing out there like this. There are plenty of 30 day programs, 90 day challenges and 21 days fixes. However, there is nothing out there that gives you an entire year of mindset, movement and support. And the best part is, it’s all free!

Who knows what will be coming down the pipeline. Anything is possible and I can promise you this…

Until the day I leave this planet I will be the most consistent person with proving people wrong about working out. It doesn’t have to be long and drawn out. It needs to be consistent. That’s it. For everything you do and are the best at comes consistency.
