Follow The Voice Inside You

Ever feel like a voice inside you is trying to tell you something? Have you ever wanted to follow the voice inside you, but are too afraid? I’m reminded of the movie Moana and how she was destined to go beyond the reef to return the heart of Tafiti. Ever since I was 13 years old I’ve heard this voice. This mindset coaching article will help you dig deep and start listening.

Movies have been a major staple in my life because it taps into that voice deep down. I’m inspired and motivated after watching movie like Moana.

Another movie that sends a great message is called Ugly Dolls. The main character Moxy definitely knows how to follow the voice inside her. She never gives up. The movie is pretty slow going and has a ton of musical songs, but send a great message about look versus being nice.

So many people try to ignore their inner voice to please other people aka their parents. Follow the voice inside you because there are so many great things waiting for you on the other side. When you ignore that voice it means that you’re putting others first. Also, fear might be stopping you. That’s understandable only until it starts to affect your mood and mindset.

Some would even say that the inner voice is the creator of all things. So to go against it would be foolish. Life has a way of surprising us in a way that you least expect it. That way there is no doubt that it is the work of your inner self. Those kinds of signs are everywhere. We just need to be open to paying attention to them.

With all of this new found knowledge I challenge you to do one thing different today. That one thing needs to come from the voice inside you. Ask your heart what it needs and intently listen. Then ask it what the world needs. Most importantly, act upon the answers you receive.

Have Fun!
