Acute low back pain and middle back pain come mostly from neglect.
Consequently we acquire the pain and it gets worse.
Red Flags For Back Pain Are…
- Warm or Cool Sensations
- Stinging or Burning
Because the back isn't seen people don't like to work on them.
We as humans like to work ONLY on the beach muscles like abs, arms and butts.
The REAL problem isn't the pain…
The problem is the pressure and overcompensation happening in the other muscles and joints to help move the imbalanced and weak muscles.
Today's WOD has focused movements considering your back pain. Modifications are a MUST because every BODY is different.
In the video you will see MANY modifications for each exercise.
Therefore you'll be on the fastest path to back pain relief as well as having the strength and self confidence to accomplish any task at hand.

1 – 6 Rounds
Rest 15 Seconds Between Each Movement
Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
- Back Bow
- Reverse Fly
- Spider Climbers
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog / Child's Pose
