Focus On Whats WorkingBeing negative seems to solve a lot of problems, but in all reality it’s just the path with least resistance. Being negative, always going to the problems in life, and using “tomorrow” is what people use often. Instead, why not take the approach of what’s working and focus more on that, which then the things that aren’t working might actually go when away. To Focus on whats working isn’t always easy, but working on the consistency of this approach is key.

If you keep focusing on what isn’t working, then you’re only going to get more of that. My suggestion today is to focus on what IS working in your life a.k.a. work on your strengths and forget about your weaknesses. Keep moving forward because the more consistent you are the more determined you are and the more that you feel like you’re part of a community.

This is massive compared to any other piece that you’re doing in your life. Each day you focus on whats working. My intuition tells me that the more consistent you are with this approach the less you will think about what’s NOT working. Your body and your mind will actually start to work together.

What’s happening is your mind will tell you I can and your body will tell you I can’t. Therefore if you think that you can and you focus on what you can do, then the stuff that you can’t do won’t even be relevant anymore. Within each movement and each exercise whether it’s mentally or physically that’s what you’ll move towards.

Keep working on that because the stuff that you can’t do, you’ll forget about. You will just get stronger at what you do already.

So let’s get to it. Let’s get moving into the direction of you CAN…

And you know you can because that’s all you know!
