Each day we choose to either stay the same or get better. Today isn’t much different than yesterday. Unless you CHOOSE it to be. That’s why I create these WODs. It makes it feel like you’re living a different life each day.
Every time you complete a WOD you become a different person. To some that may sound a bit scary, but when you truly find yourself and accept the changes the you’ll learn to love the scary aka the unknown.
So today have fun and get after it…

WOD #188 Fitting Legs And Back In Your Day
Warm-Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
- Pulse Squats – 40 Reps
- Body Weight Deadlifts – 20 Reps
- Single Leg Deadlifts – 16 Reps Total
- Supermans – 15 Reps
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog Pose
