Ok I’ll stop talking in the third person.

WOD #215 Fitting It In EVERY Day

Warm-Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
1-6 Rounds

  • Calf Raise – 40 Reps
  • 1 Minute Cardio
  • Squat Hold – 30 Seconds
  • 1 Minute Cardio

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog Pose
