Looking in the mirror may be a positive or negative experience. It’s up to you to decide that. Face your self destruction head on and start loving the person looking back at you in the mirror. This mindset coaching article will help with some destructive questions you may or may not ask yourself daily. Because of those questions, it might solve your motivation problems.

What’s wrong with me?
There’s nothing wrong with you. How many times are you going to make yourself feel like trash? When is it time for you to change your mind about the person you are? In other words, you can make yourself feel like you’re on top of the world in a single thought. It’s all about perspective. Since your even reading this you already better than you were yesterday.
Doing one thing different will change you instantly. Then, keep practicing that mindset no matter what happens in your day. Forget what anyone says. They don’t matter. You get to choose each moment of each day to either feel amazing or like trash. Above all, you get to define what amazing feels like. For example, I feel amazing when I am with my family and training clients. That makes me feel the best.
Find what makes you feel the happiest and do lots of that. Practice those motions and emotions every single day. Eventually, you’ll be surrounded by happiness. However, you can also practice anger, jealousy, and hate. So be very aware of what motions and emotions you go through each day.
Are you going to take control of your day today? Or are you going to go through the same motions and emotions as you did yesterday? If you don’t change the motions and emotions then you’ll simply keep repeating the same story. The sad truth is, is that 99% of people won’t do anything different each day. This isn’t you though. Because you’re reading this you’re already doing something different. I want to take a moment and celebrate that with you. Yay!
Now, face your self destruction head on by getting at least one round of the WOD done today. Then forgive yourself for what you didn’t get done yesterday. You’re here, now and ready to move.
