Effective Low Impact MovementMany times we think to lose weight we have to go “all out” and it has to hurt. Well I am here today to inform you that with WOD #87 it is effective low impact movement that helps with weight loss.

Low impact weight loss exercises are great because when they get your blood pumpin’ without all the pressure in your joints you feel great and you’ll want to do more.

Today’s WOD is especially good and it’s there are low impact exercises for bad knees. It’s all about low impact HIIT. Now we talked about what a HIIT was with WOD #85.
