Has anyone ever told you to stand up straight? Or that you need better posture? Well, today’s WOD give you easy lowback posture corrector movements that will help you to prevent having a posture brace later in life.

When I was a kid our gym teacher use to tell us to stand up straight, but when he sat on the bleachers he slouched himself. Fixed posture isn’t something that you can just buy from a store. Well actually it is. You could buy a posture brace, but your supporting muscles would atrophy WAY too much.

I have worked with MANY clients with lower back pain and posture issues. I don’t recommend a back brace for posture simply because there are specific movements that you can practice on a daily basis to prevent need the brace.

Today’s WOD certainly helps and provides easy lowback posture corrector movements so that you can work on having better posture.

So with that here it is:

WOD #99 Easy LowBack Posture Corrector

1-6 Rounds

  • Dip Hold 30 Seconds
  • Plank Hold 30 Seconds
  • V Sit Hold 30 Seconds

Rest 60 Seconds

Repeat This at LEAST 2-5 more times!
