Easy As A B C WorkoutSpeaking of a workout that’s an easy as A B C Workout. What are your thoughts when you find out b students work for c students? I think that school has its purpose, but doesn’t mean it’s the end all be all of what makes us, as human beings, successful in life. I was a b AND c student. One of my favorite lines to say in school was “this is an ab conversation c yourself out of it” LOL…

Workout Of The Day (WOD) #7 | Easy As A B C Workout

1-6 Rounds

  • T Push-Ups- 5-10 reps
  • A B C Leg Lifts- How many letters in the alphabet? THAT is how many reps you do… OR get as far as you can…
  • Triceps Push-Ups- 5-10 reps

DO what you CAN today!!Be a little better than yesterday!!
