Sometimes we all need to just drop everything and do what we WANT. As a result of that I recorded WOD #138.
Molly and Samuel definitely take over after a while but that's how it works.
Because I have been practicing every day with these WODs my children have been soaking in the information. Therefore they will have a MASSIVE head start when it comes to health and wellness by the time they are in school.
It does take long for you OR your children to change your “usual” habits.
It Simply Takes Consistency
Stay consistent and that WILL create confidence.
So my conclusion is this, try something new today because you NEVER know what could happen and LOVING the NOT Knowing is exactly what will get you to where you want to be.
WOD #138 Dirty Nitty Gritty Workout
Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
- Wall Touches – 40 Reps Total
- Crab Walk In Place – 20 Reps Total
- Alternating Assisted Side Crunches – 40 Reps Total
- Plank Leg Raise – 40 Reps Total
Extra Credit – 1-2 Minutes March In Place
Cool Down – Down Dog / Child's Pose For 5 Deep Breaths
