Ever wondered if you are TRULY doing any good when you’re on that cardio machine? Today’s WOD will help you establish dedicated fat loss movement patterns.

Because you are reading this you are a part of the Kobernation and you might be wondering…

What IS a movement pattern?

There are MANY definitions out there but mine is VERY simple…

A dedicated fat loss movement pattern is one that has specific motions to turn specific genes on in the body.

Let me elaborate…

Movement training exercises produce “endorphins” and we all know them as happy ones.

Serotonin is the specific neurotransmitter that is produced.

When you create those movement patterns and they become memorized your body does it without any effort.

It’s your mind that takes convincing that it’s WORTH the time to take to move differently.

WOD #150 is, like all my WODs, in it’s creation helps to put those movements together FOR you so thst your mind won’t get in the way.

Consequently you will become happier, you will lose fat and you won’t want to stop.

So concluding your lesson for today by saying this…

Movement is something we GET to do each day, therefore the moment we have unlimited gratitude for that movement is the moment when your mind starts to change in a way that you’ll never be the same old you again.

So let’s get to it…

WOD #150 Dedicated Fat Loss Movement Patterns

Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio

1 – 6 Rounds

45 Seconds On

Then 15 Seconds Rest

  • Standing Pike Crunch
  • Captain Morgan Twist
  • Body Rotations
  • High Knee Chops

Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog / Child’s Pose
