Dare To Become OpulentBack in the day I would try to work for the all mighty dollar. Now I dare to become opulent in health. Meaning the first wealth is health.

Dare To Become Opulent In Health

If you only do what you can do you will never be more than you are now. That is straight truth right there. All you have to do is unlearn what you already know.

As soon as you start to take care of you FIRST, then you will be able to take care of EVERYONE around you.

When I first started coaching I wanted to help EVERYONE…

But I quickly learned I can only help those who WANT to be helped. I have a vast and full toolbox that I am eager to give to you, but you have to be ready to receive it.

My first lesson I learned was to forget about making “the millions” and be grateful to be working. Then I learned that being healthy saves you the most money in the long run.

Being in “business” for the long run IS the opportunity to be working for. When I talk about “business” I mean working from your TRUTH. Meaning your heart’s center. That is where I am coming from each and every workout that I create.

Dare to become opulent is the title and opulent is a word that means live with riches. If you truly are living within yourself and loving yourself, then you live a VERY opulent lifestyle. I don’t mean having fancy cars and big houses.

What I mean is loving each and every day that you GET to be alive. Being grateful for every day you GET to BE. Every time your heart beats that is a blessing. Every time you take another breath, that is a blessing.

Operating your life from a place of endless imagination comes with practice. That’s why I am dedicated to bringing 365 WODs to the world.

I have also been feeling REALLY good with all the Talk Therapy recordings that I have been putting out. It has changed the way I have been looking at life. It feels like I have been “unplugged” from “The Matrix.” LOL…

So let’s get to it…
