When doing a pull up you have to have more than just a strong back and arms. You need a strong core, strong hips and a strong mind.
The science behind what we're doing today covers both mind AND body. Tababta training helps you with intensity and it provides guidance for the duration. The move itself, floor pull-up, will help you develop the strong core, hips, and mind. It literally feels like a pull-up except for the fact that YOU decide how hard it will be.
Because you're on the floor you'll be moving less of hue body weight. Friction acts as the resistance. Sometimes all we need is a little friction to make things smooth out. Kind of like a good fight with your husband/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend. After all that friction is gone what are you left with?
I hope it's love. Friction isn't a bad thing sometimes all we need to do is quit fighting the friction and let it in. Go through it vs avoiding it. Then once it's over you're stronger both physically and mentally.
So, with that being said, let's get to it.

Warm-Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
1-6 Rounds – Tabata Training
Floor Pull-Ups – 20 Seconds On and 10 Seconds Off
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog Pose
