When you’re chase something you can’t have, it only means that you’re not mentally ready to receive it. That may sound a little out of this world but it’s true. Too many times I see people chasing something that they think they can’t have. This mindset coaching article will prepare you to receive whatever it is you’re chasing.
The first problem is within their mindset and self-worth. I’m not talking about a financial amount either. Because time is the best currency. You’ve heard of Time is money right? Well, it’s all too true. And yet time is not linear. Meaning that yes there are 24 hours in a day, but sometimes there’s a way to get more out of that time because the amount of energy it takes is less than usual.
I may not be making any sense to a person who watches the clock from the time they clock in on Monday morning until the time they clock out on Friday afternoon. It’s that linear way of thinking that people are chasing something they can’t have. Because living for the weekend is something that saddens me most. Our time on this earth is short and happiness is a blink away if we do the work to receive it.
The work lies within consistency. As a result, the consistency will be working on ourselves. It’s nothing big either. It’s all the small things. Like journaling daily to working out every day. Notice I said day twice in that last sentence. It’s the daily work that provides you with what you think you can’t have.
It doesn’t matter what you think because your ego will always tell you to stay safe and do the familiar. I challenge you today to try something new. Get out of your head and follow your heart. As a result, will follow that mindset, you’ll see.
