WOD #113 provides a punching workout that even my kids loved to do. Making today's workout really reminded me of an old school cardio boxing workout video from the 80's, but it still was a TON of FUN because my kids were having fun.
Your kids will have fun too. Showing them cardio boxing workouts at home are just as fun as going to a boxing gym. Because let's face it, there's no time to get to that boxing gym anyways. Plus the boxing classes usually leave you with two to three days of pain.
Teaching your kids a punching workout will help their hand eye coordination AND will teach them to control their anger. Instead of just hitting without thinking.
You don't need a punching bag to get into a good cardio boxing routine. All you need is a little guidance, consistency and determination. Luckily for you WOD #113 helps you set up all three.

Tabata Style- 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest
- Cross Punches
- Squat Speed Bag Punches
- Standing Twists
