If you’ve been living in the past and looking for a way to break free, then you’ve come to the right place. WOD #155 will give you the way to break free from past experiences.
When we try to approach change with the same understanding and personality all we are doing is producing the same outcome.
Past life experiences don’t HAVE to define us. Therefore we can change IF and only IF our personality does.
I use two things to help my personal reality…
- Meditation
- Movement

I have been told a million times that past experiences shape who we are.
That is true l, but it doesn’t HAVE to be.
A memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom. I also learned that from Dr. Joe.
Our perception of what we CAN do and CAN’T do come from those emotional charges.
Give today’s WOD a shot and you’ll see that you CAN do it. Your analytical mind will get in the way at first, therefore by doing it anyways you will break free from past experiences that have proven otherwise.
So let’s get to it…

WOD #155 Break Free From Past Experiences
Warm Up – 5 Minutes Warm Up
1-6 Rounds
25 Seconds On 15 Seconds Rest
- Squat
- Lunge
- Long Jumps
- High Plank Twist
- Kneeling Straight Leg Raises
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog / Child’s Pose
