Have you ever been dragging SO bad that you just DIDN’T want to do anything? Well after today’s WOD of body dragging into happiness you’ll simply BE happy.

Dragging your body in a FUN way is what we are doing today, therefore you won’t HAVE to drag it anywhere after you’re done. Plus, you’ll have SO much energy from the full body extensions that hopefully you’ll want to do MORE.

It’s simple really…

Because our brains are the control center of what and why we doing things it can change in an instance. The endorphin casually walks to music video comes to mind. Watch it and you’ll see how fast your brain and body can change.

It all takes practice.

THINKING you CAN and then practicing it…

Then Finally Cementing it into your heart IS how all this happens.

Everything starts in our mind, as a result of that mental practice we then move into the doing phase and we practice it with our hands and lastly, we make it memory in our hearts.

A memory without emotion is called Wisdom. I learned that one from Dr. Joe Dispenza.

So let’s get dragging and get to a happier place, shall we?

WOD #142 Body Dragging Into Happiness

Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio

Tabata Style – Meaning 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest, then repeat.

Looking for 3-5 rounds (AMRAP), try to do this for 12-15 minutes

  • Plank Drag
  • Full Body Extensions

Cool down – Down Dog / Child’s Pose For 5 Deep Breaths
