Blazing Belly Fat NaturallyHave you ever heard of home remedies to lose belly fat in a week? Well today’s WOD is all about blazing belly fat naturally. I would venture out to say if you continue to be interrupting your unhealthy patterns with theses WODs then yes, you will lose body fat in a week.

The other things I have read and seen is home remedies to lose belly fat in 10 days. If you think about what it takes to burn 1 pound of fat then it is totally possible to lose any amount of fat in 10 days. 1 pound of fat equals 3500 calories. Seems like a lot, but if you continue to move daily you will hit that easy.

Now, you CAN find home remedies to lose belly fat without exercise, but those take MAJOR work. That means you have to REALLY watch what you eat. I know you may have heard of home remedies for belly fat wraps. That is NOT a verifiable option. Those are not PERMANENT solutions to a healthy lifestyle.

We as humans will try to find the path of LEAST resistance towards anything. Trust me in saying that if you choose that path then the amount of change will be the same amount of resistance you choose to change… Which will be the LEAST 😉

With today’s WOD you will be working primarily your core. IT is VERY important that you understand you will be strengthening your core AND you will be burning fat.

When I was in middle school I hated to workout, but now I LOVE it. Being around 230 pounds sucked. After losing the weight that summer before high school everything got a TON easier. You too can make some changes and start to love exercising…

2-3 Rounds Tabata Style

  • High Crunches- 20 seconds
  • Rest 10 seconds
  • Leg Raises- 20 seconds
  • Rest 10 seconds
  • Leg Circles- 10 seconds per direction
  • Rest 10 seconds
  • Flutter Kicks- 20 seconds
  • Rest 10 seconds
  • Scissors- 20 seconds
  • Rest 10 seconds

This one REALLY got my core burnin!!
