Raw Honey vs. Natural Honey
Raw honey is unpasteurized. The benefits of raw honey is before the pasteurization processes that happen honey has vitamins, enzymes and other important nutrients that get removed with these processes.
Some benefits of raw honey are that it’s an anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, antibiotic, stabilizes blood sugar, cough suppressing, super wound healing, keeps free radicals at bay, boosts immunity and so much more!
Raw honey looks cloudy or opaque.
You can use honey instead of some of the unhealthy options out there. For example use honey instead of syrup on your waffles and/or pancakes.

Benefits of Flax Seed
Flaxseed is a dietary fiber in omega 3 fatty acids. If you take flax seed before you eat your meals you will have that full feeling quite a bit longer then without it.
It can reduce your risk for heart disease, cancer, diabetes, lower cholesterol, decreases inflammation and much more!
Precautions of flaxseed would be pregnant women and nursing women. There isn’t enough evidence to show anything against it, but women should still be careful.
Common dosage- 1-2 tables spoons per day- according to the Flax Council of Canada.
You can grind it up yourself or buy it ground.
You can use flaxseed powder, flaxseed capsules, there are even benefits of flaxseed in water.
You can use it smoothies, oatmeal, soup, yogurt or where ever your mind can think to “sneak” it in.
Dark moist dishes are best to put flax in. Like Meatloaf 😉
You can’t even see it.
You can use it in baking. Substitute it for flower.
1/4 cup-1/2 of flax for 2 or more cups of flower
Store flax in the freezer.
