Specific exercises to lose belly fat is somewhat of a myth. You can strengthen your core and over time your body will burn the fat from where IT wants to first.

Using ONLY exercise to reduce tummy fat isn’t going to work. Your diet just as, if not even MORE important, than your movement plan.

WOD #121 Belly Fat Burning Workout
- 1 min shoulder taps
- 1 min mountain climbers
- 1 min batmans
- 1 min rest
- 1 min shoulder taps
- 1 min side plank twist
- 1 min opposite arm and leg
Repeat as many times as you want!
