Be Gone Underarm Jiggle

Have you ever looked for exercises for underarm jiggle?

Well look no further because this WOD teaches you how to lose underarm jiggle with a few simple exercises. That Underarm flab does not feel good.

My underarm tissue (which is muscle) swings, but when I flex there is NO jiggle. I will show you how to tighten underarm flab with this WOD.

Getting rid of underarm flab is all about what kind of tissue you carry in that area of the body. Underarm flab after weight loss is VERY common and strengthening the muscles in that area will help the jiggle/flab go away.

1-6 Rounds

  • Bent Triceps- 20 reps
  • Running Bent Triceps- 40 reps total
  • Side Plank- Hold 30 seconds each side
  • Leg Raise- 25 reps
