Suffering from back pain? WOD #154 gives you back movements acknowledging pain to reduce it.
The movements or exercises in today's WOD are for lower back pain, middle back pain and upper back pain.
Because so many of us work in a forward flexing posture, meaning that we lean forward all day, we need to counter that posture to get to the end goal, which is back pain relief.
After each WOD I also recommend you to do lower back pain stretches. Go here for those EXACT stretches.
Consequently people might think that back pain treatment is over when the pain is gone.
That couldn't be further from the truth.
The only reason the pain stays away is BECAUSE of the DAILY practice of movement.
Let's conclude and get moving.
Keep going and the pain WILL go away.
Stop moving and the pain WILL stay.
You CHOOSE what WILL happen.

WOD #154 Back Movements Acknowledging Pain
Warm Up – 5 Minutes Cardio
30 Seconds on and Rest 15 seconds in between each movement
- Back Bows
- Russian Twist
- Reverse Fly
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog / Child's Pose
