Awesome Cardio Boxing Workout
Today is all about the cardio boxing workout video. Check it out below! I think many people are too afraid to box. Why not simply shadow box? What’s wrong with that?
You can find many cardio boxing workout YouTube videos out there, but they come from jacked up workout gurus that only know how to box and don’t understand what it actually does for their bodies. That being said, they can definitely kick my butt, so I just want to go on the record and say, go watch their videos too.
Cardio boxing workout calories burned is a tough one. Because it just depends on intensity and body size. A 130 pound person will generally burn around 300 calories per hour whereas a 205 pound person will burn around 800 calories per hour. All good either way though. To increase the caloric burn simply increase your intensity. Meaning go faster and go harder ;)…
I have had clients ask me if there is a good cardio boxing workout at home video. Well this is the one. It will help you burn more calories than a regular video because there is a secret weapon in it that REPLACES burprees!
You don’t need any equipment for this workout, not even a heavy bag.
So let’s get ready to rumble!
WOD #37 Awesome Cardio Boxing Workout
- Full Body Extensions- 10 reps
- Shadow Boxing- 40 reps
- Standing Heel Touch- 30 reps total
