Daily I am bombarded with people asking me to look at the latest weight loss products and programs. Are the products safe for you? What do you think of this program? What is the best product to increase my energy? This mindset coaching article will increase your awareness on that topic.
It’s crazy to think that most of the people who ask me about the products are the same ones who are buying loads of soda pop. The same people also are ingesting second-hand smoke and drink booze most days of the week. This isn’t a judgment on anyone. If you’re 100% happy with your life, then, by all means, do it up. I’m talking to those who aren’t happy with their lives.
Sadly, there are more of the later than earlier in this world. Are the products safe for you? Depends on the products, but it all comes down to people. Products are products. The only reason we buy products is that someone told us about them. The internet is also a place to research products. What I do when I look at products is what I do for any food. Look at the ingredient list. If a second grader can read all of them, then you’re good. If not, then don’t eat or drink it.
Why do we continue to pollute our bodies with toxic waste? This topic is discretionary for sure, but it true to the core. From too much sugar on a daily basis to too many calories, it’s something that people aren’t aware that they’re doing. The next time you decide to try a new product whether online or off it’s all about the ingredient list. Keep it short. Fewer ingredients mean less processing. More ingredients mean more processing.
Are the products safe for you? Is the program safe for you? Well, it comes down to follow through. Will you actually follow through with it for the rest of your life? By life, I mean the rest of your current way of life. When you’re ready to upgrade your life for your new life, your current life ends. It’s ok that it ends too. That means you’re changing. Stop fearing change and embrace it. Because of the changes, you’re going through being patient is key.
Keeping this article short and sweet. It comes down to what your deep down is saying. Listen to it. When you’re asking me for the advice you pretty much already have the answer. All you’re doing is looking for permission to do it and follow through on it. I’m here to tell you that yes, it will work as long as you do the work. So go for it. Give it a shot. Embrace failure and success. Because you’re going to find both in anything new that you try.
Get your WOD done and try something new today. Be sure to give yourself permission to fail and be successful at the same time. Stop drinking soda pop and taking in all that sugar, unless you’re 100% happy with your life. Are you asking are the products safe for you? If so, then do the required research. Above all, be happy with right where you are.
