The #22Kill was created to increase it even more. The point of the challenge is to raise awareness to veteran suicide prevention through education and empowerment. The mission still continues, so keep spreading the word and keep pushing on, until 22 is 0.
The challenge is simple…
- Record a video f yourself doing the push-ups
In the beginning of the video, make an introduction saying:
* Your NAME (and name of any organization/person you represent)
* WHY you’re pushing or WHO you’re pushing for.
- Upload the Video
You can post directly to my post here or on your own post/page and tag me on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
You can also post it on the #22Kill pages:
- Add the “#” in your post
#(insert a number here)pushups #22KILL
Add these to hashtags into your post on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram or in the video title on YouTube. The hashtags will ensure that your pushups are pick up by the counter from 22kill.com/22-honor-pushups
Examples: Facebook Post, Youtube Post, Instagram Post, Twitter Post
Completed 5 Push-Ups: “#5pushups for #22KILL”
When you complete 22 Push-Ups: “#22pushups for #22KILL”
If a group of 10 people did 22 each: “#220pushups for #22KILL“
- Now post it
Things you can do:
* Do the Push-Ups yourself
* Get a group together to the Push-Ups; companies, sports teams, schools etc.
* Be creative and maybe even use unique settings, styles, props etc.
* Post as many videos as frequently as you’d like, as long as they are not duplicates and you follow the same rules/guidelines for each video.
* Nominate people via social media, within the video, people LOVE hearing their own name on video! (Like I Did Here)
So with that challenge give today’s WOD a shot. How many reps per movement? You guessed it…

- Plank Taps
- 1 Minute Cardio (Example In Video: Jumping Jacks)
Cool Down – 5 Deep Breaths In Down Dog Pose
